1. Why should I register?

Please enter your details to register for an account. Doing so is free and quick and will be where you can view your order status and view past purchases.

Registering will save you having to enter any address details next time you order.

Account holders also receive purchase privileges such as limited release products and goodies unavailable to non account holders.

 

2. How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is very easy and quick. You don't even have to register if you don't want to, we offer a fast 'hit and run' route for those of you who are in a hurry.

Find what you want.. select your size and click the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath. Click on 'CHECKOUT' and your good to go.

If you're putting a big order together you can review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top or bottom of the page.

 

3. How long does it take to deliver an item?

We currently offer a standard delivery option for the UK. We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 4-5 working days. We aim to deliver orders to Europe and rest of the world within 5-7 working days. Please note that sometimes during Christmas or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

 

B-side will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags. Upon receipt of any order without tags (not applicable for shoes) please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item.

 

We also accept exchanges, but note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item to us.

 

The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that was included with your order. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender. If you require a new returns form, please contact us by email and we will send one to you.

5. What payment methods do B-side accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, Paypal.
